Of.

Star the Husky with eight rubber ducks in front of a loch.

You see them, too...

Right?

Of. Course? Strange journal entry title, Star.

Star recently visited her second loch, all by herself and without a single duck in sight whatsoever. Trust her.

This one was Loch Dhailbeag, and like the last loch she visited, it was located right next to a beach. Surprisingly, to her disbelief, Star had never set paw on this beach before, either.

So, let’s check it out!

And check out how shiny her tag still is after all this time.

Go away, ducks!

OK, bye.

This isn’t Frozen, Star. You’re not Elsa, and the totally non-existent ducks are not Anna. This is Dhail Beag Beach, the daintiest beach Star’s ever been to. It’s almost as charming as the secret beach she has never been to.

There’s nothing quite like chilling on a beach and enjoying the feeling of the wind. It’s one of Star’s favourite things to do.

But so is devouring the tastiest of treats at home!

A doughnut dog treat, a cupcake dog treat, an eclair dog treat, and a paw print cookie dog treat.

Star’s tastiest of treats.

From Hungry Hounds Hebrides, of course.

The eclair was Star’s favourite.

On the topic of treats, Star has a not-so-tasty update on her Treasure Trail. Earlier this year, Hungry Hounds Hebrides relocated, so the Treat Shop Detour Sidequest has been retired (for now).

Much more delicious updates are coming soon, though:

  • Star’s Treasure Trail is undergoing a revamp to encourage free exploration between objectives and destinations.

  • A Pokémon Go Sidequest is coming in September.

  • Star’s Cursed Treasure Trail is returning in time for Halloween.

With more updates planned.

In the meantime, who wants some atomic ice cream? 🍨
