Tale.
Star has had quite the month, culminating in this moment. A long-awaited, long-overdue, excessively procrastinated moment. A tale as old as time. Starting now.
But first, a rapid-fire TL;DR of everything Star has done last month.
Ever since she watched Descendants: The Rise of Red, Star’s been embracing her inner Disney villain, literally, with Disney Villainous. Star was Maleficent, of course, whilst Poo Paw became Scar and Chocolate Fur brewed potions as The Evil Queen. Star then rewatched Maleficent and listened to Brandy on repeat.
Star watched I Am: Celine Dion and then experienced her incredible comeback performance atop the Eiffel Tower. She’s also been rewatching Ted Lasso. And playing Fortnite as Captain Jack Sparrow. Star has been a couch potato.
And that’s how Star’s Story became Star’s Tale. Tales are the best kind of stories. Especially fairy ones. And now it’s time for Star to share hers. Aujourd’hui.
Star’s Tale is a broad yet brief retelling of her life story interspersed with some fictional flare.
Star’s Tale is told over six chapters, each focusing on a core period of Star’s life. The prologue, available now, and chapter one focus on Star’s puppyhood. Chapters one through six will be published weekly on Fridays beginning August 23rd.
The art style for Star’s Tale draws inspiration from Pokémon Legends: Arceus, using pencil drawing adaptations of photographs at various points throughout her life encapsulated within a silhouette of her paw print. Pawmade in Pixelmator Pro.
That’s all, folks.
But what about the ducks!?
What ducks? 😐
